When you reserve a charter or utilize our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you not agree with any portion of these terms, access to the Service is not permitted for you.

CommunityResourcePlaza offers an array of upscale yacht charter services, which encompass:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate retreats
- Private events
- Multi-day charters
All services hinge on availability and the conditions of the weather. We may modify or cease services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Charter booking prerequisites include:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Submission of accurate and thorough information
- Payment of the stipulated deposit as per the booking confirmation
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once payment is made and confirmation is issued in writing by us. We hold the discretion to decline service to any individual.
3.3 Availability
Charter availability is contingent on yacht availability and appropriate weather. We endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All quoted prices are in € and incorporate applicable taxes, unless stated differently. Prices may be adjusted without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost, payable at the time of booking
- Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
- Any additional charges (if applicable): Payable upon completion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept several methods of payment, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Secure and encrypted systems manage our payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Greater than 72 hours before departure: Refund in full minus processing fees
- 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
- Less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the event our captain judges weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:
- Reschedule the charter to a subsequent available date at no extra charge
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling cannot be accomplished
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical malfunction occurs with the assigned vessel, we will try to offer a comparable alternative. If an alternative is unavailable, we will provide a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers are required to:
- Obey all instructions provided by the crew
- Don safety equipment as necessary
- Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within designated areas aboard the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed on board:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or weapons
- Excessive consumption beyond reasonable limits
- Pets (prior approval required)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully. A charter may be terminated prematurely without a refund if the behavior of any passenger poses a safety threat or disrupts the experience of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our accountability is confined to the payment received for your charter. We hold no responsibility for:
- Injuries that occur due to negligence on the part of passengers
- The loss or destruction of personal belongings
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays resulting from weather or events beyond our control
7.2 Insurance
Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained, covering our vessels and operations. It is the passengers' responsibility to have their personal and travel insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By partaking in charter services, you concede that activities on the sea carry inherent risks and you assume accountability for your own security and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We retain the right to alter itineraries, paths, or timetables based on factors like weather, safety, or operational necessities. We will make every effort to ensure a comparable alternative experience is provided.
9. Force Majeure
We are not accountable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by forces beyond our mastery, including but not restricted to:
- Extensive weather disturbances
- Natural catastrophes
- Governmental edicts
- Closures of ports
- Failure of machinery
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is managed in adherence to our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you permit the gathering and utilization of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
