What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with an expert crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The exact inclusions can vary—sunset cruises provide premium appetizers, while business charters offer meeting amenities and catering tailored for corporate needs.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest reserving your yacht charter 2–3 weeks before your event, or earlier during the high season from May to September. For corporate events or private celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead is advised for optimal availability and customization time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our main concern. If the captain determines the weather to be unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or provide a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will inform you if adverse conditions are expected 24 hours prior to your departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, it's your choice to bring your own meals and drinks on board. Additionally, we offer a superb catering service with customizable menus. Please be aware that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yachts.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We are committed to accommodating all guests, although accessibility features may vary amongst our vessels. We encourage you to discuss your specific needs during booking so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and arrange for necessary amenities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are provided for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. A 50% refund is available for those made between 24 and 72 hours prior. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, with the exception of cancellations due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our part.
